Terms of Service

Your agreement when using createimage2 — credits, commercial rights, acceptable use, refunds, and account terms for our GPT Image 2 service.

1. Agreement

By using createimage2 (https://createimage2.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service. "We" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of createimage2. Contact: support@createimage2.com.

2. Service Description

createimage2 is an independent web platform that brokers access to OpenAI's GPT Image 2 (gpt-image-2) model via kie.ai's routing layer. We provide:

  • A web-based image generator with text-to-image and image-to-image modes.
  • Pre-paid credit packs and monthly/yearly subscriptions.
  • A personal gallery of your generated images.
  • Free-trial access for new users (1 image, no signup, subject to regional availability and abuse prevention).

We are independent from OpenAI. "GPT Image 2" and "gpt-image-2" are model names referring to OpenAI's product; this service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.

3. Account and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
  • Provide accurate registration information (email, name).
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • One person, one account. Free-trial abuse via multiple accounts will result in suspension.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit Economy

  • Standard 2K image: 10 credits
  • 4K upscale: 30 credits
  • Thinking mode: 50 credits
  • Image-to-image edit: 30 credits

4.2 Pricing Tiers

Current pricing is published at https://createimage2.com/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

4.3 Credit Packs

  • Pack credits never expire.
  • Refund: unused pack credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Used credits and partial-pack consumption are non-refundable.

4.4 Subscriptions

  • Billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
  • Subscription credits roll forward up to a 2× soft cap (e.g., a Studio Monthly account can carry up to 4,000 unused credits before the cap kicks in).
  • Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal accessible from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your remaining credits until used.

4.5 Refunds

  • Pack credits: refundable within 7 days, unused only.
  • Subscription periods: non-refundable.
  • Disputed charges: contact support@createimage2.com first; chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use createimage2 to generate content that:

  • Sexualizes minors or any non-consenting person.
  • Depicts real, identifiable individuals in defamatory, harassing, or pornographic contexts.
  • Constitutes extremist propaganda, terrorist recruitment material, or content glorifying violence.
  • Violates OpenAI's content policy for gpt-image-2 (which we mirror as the floor — we may impose stricter limits).
  • Infringes third-party copyright or trademark (e.g., generating logos of brands you don't own).
  • Misrepresents AI-generated images as authentic photographs in journalism, evidence, or other deception-sensitive contexts.

We reserve the right to refuse generation requests, suspend accounts, or report to law enforcement for clear violations.

6. Commercial Rights and Ownership

For images you generate via createimage2:

  • You own the output, with full commercial rights, on every plan including the free tier.
  • No watermarks, no attribution required, no per-image licensing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompt + output do not infringe third-party rights.
  • We retain no copyright claim to your generated images. Our role is the platform; the output is yours.

We retain copyright in the createimage2 platform itself: site code, design, branding, documentation. You may not redistribute or resell the platform.

7. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • The gpt-image-2 backend (operated by OpenAI) may have outages outside our control. During outages, we may queue, delay, or refund credits at our discretion.
  • We may perform maintenance with notice when possible.

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for: violations of Section 5; fraudulent payment; multi-account abuse; legal obligation.
  • On termination, your generated images are deleted within 30 days. Export beforehand if you want to keep them.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
  • AI-generated images may occasionally produce unexpected outputs — text errors, anatomical inaccuracies, compositional artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is at https://createimage2.com/terms-of-service with the "last updated" date below. For material changes we email registered users 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (provided on request via support@createimage2.com). Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by your local law.
